State Papers Domestic including papers of the Secretary of State 1st November 1633 –  19th November 1633: ‘Memoriall’ by Sir Francis Windebank, Secretary of State, of business resolved in Council, including Van Dyck’s house rent to be paid by ‘Mr Coningan’ (Cunningham?) Treasurer of the Principality of Wales, dated 4th November 1633.
