‘St George’ in the inventory of Rubens (1771)

Abstract

The panel painting ‘A head on panel representing Saint George’ by Van Dyck was mentioned in the transcription of the inventory of decease of Petrus Paulus Rubens, knight etc, by Jacobus Van Der Sanden in 1771. Rubens died on the 30th of May 1640.
