Anthonio Vandike militi de annuitate sua ad £200 per annum et solubili durante beneplacito domini Regis ad quattuor anni terruncios usuale per letteras patentes sub magno Sigillo Angliae datas vicesimo quinto die Octobris anno Majestatis Caroli Nono Habendas Festo Annunciatae beatae Mariae Virginis ultimum expressit ante datum dictas litteras patentes, Pro uno anno integro finit ad Festum Annunciate beate Marie Virginis anno Regiae Majestatis Caroli nono ad manus Martini Assett.
