‘Mary Magdalene’ in inventory of Erasmus II Quellinus (November 1678 & March 1679)

Abstract

The panel painting ‘Young Woman Resting her Head on her Hand (probably a Penitent Mary Magdalene)’ by Van Dyck was mentioned in the inventory of decease of Erasmus II Quellinus, painter. He died on the 7th of November 1678.

Inventory of the goods of Erasmus Quellinus. He died on the 7th of November 1678 in his residence in the Appelstraet. The notary continued the inventory on the 22th, 24 th and 27 th -of March 1679 in the presence of Hubertus Quellinus and Reijnier Adriaenssens.

Inventory of the goods of Erasmus Quellinus. He died on the 7th of November 1678 in his residence in the Appelstraet. The notary continued the inventory on the 22th, 24 th and 27 th -of March 1679 in the presence of Hubertus Quellinus and Reijnier Adriaenssens.
