Summary Catalogue

Anthony Van Dyck

These are the panels related to Anthony Van Dyck that have been examined by the JVDPPP so far. The panels are in public and private collections worldwide, from Puerto Rico to Budapest. Some are well known, others are published here for the first time. Some are published in colour and online for the first time. Although this catalogue includes many autograph works by Van Dyck, the inclusion of a painting in this catalogue does not constitute an attribution to Van Dyck.

All entries include a detailed photo of the front and reverse of the panel as well as photo’s of possible marks, inscriptions and labels. The entries also contain extensive provenance and literature reports in addition to the dendrochronological data the project was able to retrieve through their examinations of the panels.
