Exchequer of Receipts, Order Books 1632: Order to repay Philip Burlamachi £200 paid by Burlamachi to Van Dyck on the King’s behalf, 18th March 1633, signed by Richard Weston 1st Earl of Portland Lord High Treasurer and Francis Cottington 1st Lord Cottington, one of the  Tellers of the Receipt of the Exchequer.
